Plan Performance Review™ (PPR)
Using our proprietary systems and reporting applications to analyze the complete set of non-personally identifiable transactional drug claims data, the Plan Performance Review™ (PPR) provides plan sponsors with the opportunity to identify immediate savings within the drug plan benefit without altering plan design or cost-sharing with plan members. It serves as an easy, solid step towards more assertive drug plan management because it produces an immediate return on investment, requires very little effort on the part of the plan sponsor, and provides insight into how long the current plan design will allow the plan to meet the company's financial targets.
The PPR is ideally suited for:
- Plan sponsors of all sizes who are trying to determine how long their current plan design will be sustainable, and if changes in design are necessary, which problem areas are a priority to address.
- Plan sponsors unable to alter the current plan design, yet need to find ways to help curb their annual cost trends.
- Plan sponsors requiring a comprehensive look at the administration and performance of their current plan design as part of their due diligence requirements for the executive committee, board of directors, and/or shareholders.
